Dubai Fountain
The Dubai Fountain is the world's largest choreographed musical fountain system, an awe-inspiring spectacle that transforms the surface of the Burj Khalifa Lake in Downtown Dubai into a magnificent stage of water, light, and music every evening. Designed by the renowned WET Design company, the same creative team responsible for the famous Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas, the Dubai Fountain stretches an impressive 275 metres across the lake and can shoot water jets soaring up to 150 metres into the sky, roughly the height of a 50-storey building. The fountain system incorporates over 22,000 individual lights and 50 colour projectors that create a dazzling luminous display, illuminating the dancing water with a rainbow of brilliant hues against the glittering backdrop of the Dubai skyline. Performances are set to an eclectic and diverse musical repertoire ranging from classical Arabic melodies and traditional Emirati songs to contemporary international pop anthems and orchestral compositions. Shows take place every 30 minutes from 18:00 onwards on weekday evenings, with additional afternoon performances on weekends. Visitors can enjoy the spectacle from the lakeside promenade surrounding the fountain, from the observation decks of the nearby Burj Khalifa, from the Dubai Mall waterfront terrace, or from the unique perspective of an abra traditional boat ride directly on the lake.

The venue hosts a diverse programme of performances including opera, ballet, contemporary dance, classical concerts, Broadway musicals, comedy shows, and special events.
